Initial Client Consultation
If you are on the fence or not sure if you want to work with me, that's okay. We should determine if we are a good match before we work together. At the initial client consultation (no cost to you), I want to find out about your health and fitness goals, challenges, and triumphs. The consultation can be in person or by phone. If we mutually decide to work together, the next step is setting up the assessment session.

- You have been unsuccessful in attempts to build a consistent exercise habit.
- You feel anxious or out of place at the gym or in large classes.
- You haven't exercised regularly in over a year.
- You are over 45 and not as strong or stable as you once were.
- You have physical limitations such as chronic knee or back pain and are cleared for exercise but aren't sure where to start.

Assessments
Assessments help determine what types of exercises you should do as well as help determine the focus & direction we take. A typical assessment session involves a discussion portion to clarify history, goals, and expectations and a movement portion where I will ask you to perform basic movements such as raising your arms overhead, performing a squat and standing on one leg (only as you are comfortable doing them). Some clients request measurements of arms, waist, hips, and thighs, but that's always up to you.
One-on-One Training Sessions
The number and frequency of training sessions is up to you. Some clients train with me weekly and then on their own at home. Others train with me 2 or 3 times per week.
Open Sessions
Open sessions allow you to switch up what you've been doing and have fun working out with others. They were temporarily suspended due to the pandemic but have resumed as of May 2022. Open sessions occur 3-5 times per month; days and times are provided to Reuna Fitness LLC personal training clients. So far, themed sessions have included core & balance, balls & bands, sliders, and full-body circuits. I always offer options and modifications so each person feels successful and sufficiently challenged by the session.
Healthy Habits Coaching
If you are looking to improve your overall well-being including your eating habits and stress management, healthy habits coaching is for you! We work together to identify obstacles and set small achievable goals. You get support, accountability, and a guide to help you find strategies that work. The result: feeling capable, empowered, confident and better than you've felt in a long time! Each month, we meet twice (in-person or online/phone) and each week you will receive accountability and check-in e-mails or texts from me.
