The Reuna Fitness Philosophy is that exercise should enhance your life. Rather than be a source of guilt or stress, exercise should make everything else in your life easier: Walking. Getting up off of the floor. Going up stairs. Carrying groceries, mulch, or bags of dog food. Moving furniture. Keeping up with friends or family. Taking care of all the day to day tasks. Your fitness program should improve your ability to do these things.
I offer adjustments and modifications as needed because every body is different and so is each day.
I maintain a positive environment that acknowledges setbacks and frustration (such is life!) but focuses on what is possible right now.
I provide information that builds confidence and supports the view that exercise is for every body and is not solely for an aesthetic outcome.

This was THE best workshop! Shannon showed us the proper way to use our mini-bands and resistance bands. I have had bands for years, but after this I realized I wasn't always using them correctly and to their fullest advantage. I also loved the tips on incorporating small things into everyday life. Most of those things we might have done at some point, but somehow life gets busy and we just forget. Shannon is the best! I joined Reuna Fitness, because I needed a kickstart to my exercise routine after having twins. Shannon was so kind and helpful.
