Focus on You: Personal Training

Are you ready for personalized coaching designed for you and your life?   You have unique challenges and it is my job to help you identify and overcome them.   Do any of the following sound familiar?

Initial Client Consultation
If you are on the fence or not sure if you want to work with me,  that's okay.  We should determine if we are a good match before we work together.   At the initial client consultation (no cost to you), I want to find out about your health and fitness goals, challenges, and triumphs.  The consultation can be in person or by phone.  If we mutually decide to work together, the next step is setting up the assessment session.

Assessments
Assessments help determine what types of exercises you should do as well as help determine the focus & direction we take.   A typical assessment session involves a discussion portion to clarify history, goals, and expectations and a movement portion where I will ask you to perform basic movements such as raising your arms overhead, performing a squat and standing on one leg (only as you are comfortable doing them).  Some clients request measurements of arms, waist, hips, and thighs, but that's always up to you. 

One-on-One Training Sessions
The number and frequency of training sessions will be dependent upon your goals and assessment results.   Training sessions will either occur inside the Jazzercise Center during non-class times (located on E. Chestnut Expressway in Springfield, MO) or in your home.  Nice weather means outdoors is an option as well!

Open Sessions Open Sessions Temporarily Suspended Until Further Notice.
Open sessions will occur twice per week for shared use.  Shannon will be there to assist and coach as needed.  Follow your program or switch it up and do the provided circuit.   Days and times are provided to Reuna Fitness LLC personal training clients.  Currently, open sessions have been suspended, however bonus workouts, challenges, and relevant articles are posted regularly in the Reuna Fitness Circle private Facebook group. 

Healthy Habits Coaching
If you are looking to improve your overall well-being including your eating habits and stress management, healthy habits coaching is for you!  We work together to identify obstacles and set small achievable goals.  You get support, accountability, and a guide to help you find strategies that work.  The result:  feeling capable, empowered, confident and better than you've felt in a long time! Each month, we meet twice (in-person or online/phone) and each week you will receive accountability and check-in e-mails or texts from me.

Personal Training Starter Package
An excellent option to get a feel for the Reuna Fitness way! The Starter Package includes the initial consultation, your assessment session, two one-on-one training sessions, and an introductory healthy habits coaching session. Receive $15 off a monthly package purchase made within two weeks of completing the starter package.
By the Month Package #1
A comprehensive package to get you moving and establishing those better habits you've been talking about! Includes the initial consultation, your assessment session, four one-on-one training sessions, healthy habits coaching, access to open sessions (see above) and weekly check-ins via text or e-mail and a review session every six to eight weeks. Purchase three or more months for $12.50 off per month.
Personal Training by the month package #2
The bigger one! Includes the initial consultation, your assessment session, EIGHT one-on-one sessions, healthy habits coaching, access to open sessions (see above), weekly check-ins via text or e-mail, and a review session every six to eight weeks. Purchase three or more months for $15 off per month.

Not interested in a comprehensive package or want to build your own? You can! Health coaching alone is $79 per month. Contact me for other options.
